Article 1. The Client undertakes to accept and respect this Agreement, as well as to take over all rights and obligations arising from this Agreement: • To accept the prices and other rental conditions listed in the valid price list in Article 5 as an integral part of this contract; • To receive the vessel in its proper condition, all associated accessories and documents specified in the preamble, and return it in an identical state; • To complete the lease by telling the captain that he will return the chartered vessel to Marina immediately after the agreed rental time • To immediately stop the ride by telling the captain if a serious malfunction occurs during the use of the vessel and if the use of the vessel could cause damage on the same • Keep the vessel properly maintained and maintained during use; • Do not interfere with the captan while driving and does not disturb public order and peace • In the event of an accident, and in cooperation with a service provider, help report the damage to the river police if it arrives • To become familiar with the rules of safety on board and fire regulations • Do not use the chartered vessel: a) Under the influence of alcohol or drugs; b) for unlawful purposes (eg criminal offense, customs and foreign currency offense); c) Driver training; d) For the transport of goods with compensation; e) towing other vessels, trailers; f) To participate in motor sports events; g) For the transport of animals, easily inflammable and explosive materials, materials with strong and unpleasant odors, and bulky material that can damage the vessel; h) At the time when the protective measure of the prohibition of the operation of a motor boat on rivers is in force; I) To use the vessel only for its own needs for leisure and not to lend it to a third person J) The boat is managed exclusively by a person authorized by the service provider L) That the chartered boat does not burden people or objects over the permitted capacity; M) To rent a boat does not cross the border of the state of Serbia N) Without the consent of the service provider, it will not make any changes to parts, circuits or devices on board, nor alienate the same. O) Do not board the vessel in the event of a poor health condition or current distress Article 2 If in the event of negligence, or if, intentionally or accidentally, damage to the vessel, engine vessel or any other damage to the vessel is caused by the fault of the client without incurring a traffic accident, the client shall compensate the service provider for the total damage to the amount of repair costs of the vessel in the event of a dispute, the company that sold the vessel to the Landlord and the agent of the company that produced the vessel and / or the engine if it participated in the damage. Article 3 If the customer violates any provision or requirement of Article 1 and 2 of the Lease Agreement, he shall oblige the provider to compensate all and any damages arising therefrom, the extent of which shall be determined by the company which sold the vessel to the Landlord and the agent is the company that produced the vessel and / or engine.   Off-season prices apply for months: March, April and October as in the season from 08 to 13h. Seasonal prices are charged in months: May, June, July, August, September. The minimum use of the service is 1 hour. In the stated rental price is included: Life jackets, Obligatory boat insurance, Free skipper service, water, juices and snacks. It is mandatory to wear a life jacket for non-swimmers and persons under the age of 18 years. It is possible to extend the agreed services of renting the vessel according to the valid price list. A rental deposit used to cover fuel costs and possible damages is EUR 500 and is returned in the event that there is no damage to the vessel immediately upon returning to Marina. All quoted prices are with VAT and are paid in RSD counter value in advance. Article 5 The delay on arrival in Marin will be tolerated for up to 20 minutes. Boat rental starts when a user of the service takes over from the marina and ends when the vessel returns to the marina. Article 6 When using a rented vessel, the client is in compliance with applicable legal and insurance rules, secured for legal liability for damages caused to third parties. Article 7 The Client undertakes to take care of the vessel during the rental period, will not jump from the water to the water. Bathing in the river is possible only on the personal responsibility of the client and passengers who are boarded with him on board. It's forbidden to swim for people who do not know how to swim. All passengers are required to comply with the orders and warnings of the person operating the vessel. In case of non-compliance with the contract, the ride is interrupted and the vessel returns to the marina. Article 8 All damages to third parties caused by the client and giving false or false information about themselves, their address or documents shall be borne solely by the User of the Service. Article 9 During the lease, the client will bear the costs of misdemeanor penalties if he has made them. Article 10 The Client is responsible for the entire damage: a) made on a vessel made by him or his passenger under the influence of alcohol or drugs; b) if the damage is caused intentionally or due to gross negligence on the vessel; c) grossly violates any general regulation from this contract or command of the captain Article 11 The service provider will not indemnify a customer for the loss or damage to personal luggage that is located in, or on a rented vessel. Article 12 The Client undertakes to protect the interests of the service provider and his insurance company in the event of a traffic accident by assisting the captain in the following activities: • Record the names and addresses of participants and witnesses of the accident; • Provide a damaged vessel; • to harm, even when it is insignificant, immediately inform the service provider; • Invite and wait for the arrival of the River Police. If the client fails to take the above measures in the event of an accident, he will be liable for any damage caused to the service provider. Article 13 Any changes to this Agreement apply only if both parties agree and the statement of compliance is made in writing. Article 14 The service provider shall not be liable for any damages arising from the failure of the vessel during the lease period, nor for the damage resulting from the delay in the delivery of the vessel. Article 15 In case of dispute, the Basic Court in Belgrade is competent.
